Formulas:
1 Tube (1.74 oz.) Excellence Creme 9 Light Blonde + 2.5 fl. oz. 30 Vol Oreor Creme Developer 1 Tube (1.74 oz.) Excellence Creme 91/2.1 Extra Light Ash Blonde + 2.5 fl. oz. 30 Vol Oreor Creme Developer 1 Scoop of Quick Blue Powder Bleach + 2 fl. oz. of 20 Vol Oreor Creme Developer |

1 Divide the hair into four sections. Separate the front from the back with an ear-to-ear parting. Then divide the front into three equal sections.
3 In the center section, work from front to back, repeating the application procedure. When you reach the top, add a few extra Quick Blue formula foils.
2 Begin at the front, left section. Slice off a 1/2 inch horizontal parting, then weave out a medium amount of hair and apply a Excellence Creme color formula. Continue in this manner, alternating the formulas randomly.Occasionally use the Quick Blue formula. Work up the head and complete the section, then repeat the procedure on the opposite side.
4 Section off the back with a horizontal parting about 3-inches below the crown.Work from this parting up to the crown, repeating the alternating application. If desired alternate the Excellence Creme formulas only in a few soft-diagonal, woven partings at the sides and a few horizontal ones in the center nape.
Timing: Process for 30 minutes at room temperature and rinse.
